First Weber has developed a network of service providers who have agreed to deliver high priority, quality service and products to meet the demands of our buyers and sellers.

At First Weber, we know your time is valuable. Our Concierge Desk is dedicated to helping you save time and energy when searching for service providers. Whether you are making home improvements or trying to find solutions to every-day problems, our Concierge Desk will provide you with easy access to numerous service providers in your area offering a wide variety of useful services and products.
The service providers in our Concierge Program have each committed to provide responsive and quality service to the First Weber clients and customers referred to them through the program.
AT NO COST TO YOU, our dedicated staff at the Concierge Desk will help you to make contact with service providers in your area so that you may select a provider or contractor who is best able to serve your needs. We will help you make calls, request price quotes, and will assist you in obtaining information to better complete your project as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you need assistance regarding home repair, products, or have questions and require information, contact the Concierge Desk and let us assist you.
WE WANT YOUR FEEDBACK
First Weber's Concierge has always welcomed feedback from clients and customers who have utilized a service provider in the program. We have now introduced a survey form which we would request be completed by all clients and customers who have chosen to work with one of the service providers in the program. To take the survey, click the link at the right for your market area, and contact the Concierge Desk.
Please understand that First Weber, its agents, and the Concierge Program do not, and cannot, guarantee the qualifications or work product of the service providers which may be referred for any given project or job. However, this service has helped hundreds of our clients and customers and we want your feedback to improve the program. We are confident the feedback will be highly positive, but if you have any concerns or problems, we will forward that feedback to our service providers.
