Pre-Licensing Course Options

Obtaining a Real Estate License: The state of Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing requires that all real estate salespeople be licensed. Prior to issuing the license, applicants are tested to measure their competence in the areas of Real Property Law, Financing, Marketing and Appraisal as they apply to real estate. In order to prepare for the salesperson’s exam, a minimum of 72 hours of certifiable education must be demonstrated.

First Weber is pleased to provide students with a variety of options in obtaining the required education.

Class Option #1 Internet Program: This internet based self study program includes a comprehensive course book supported by online interactive reviews of the course content. Each chapter follows a format consisting of required textbook reading assignments, chapter reviews, vocabulary exercises, case studies and online quizzes. Books and instructions will be shipped upon registering for the course. First Weber will register you at a reduced fee which includes textbooks, study materials and shipping and handling.

Class Option #2 On Demand Program: This is an internet based self study program you can complete on your own schedule. There is no waiting for materials to be shipped; students can start the course immediately, First Weber will register you at a reduced fee which includes printable reading materials, video presentations, review exercises, true/false questions, vocabulary builders, case studies and quizzes to measure comprehension.

Class Option #3 Wisconsin Realtors Association Live Course: The WRA offers top-notch classroom style education in an accelerated format over the course of two weeks. The program is held at Wisconsin Realtors Association: 4801 Forest Run Road, Madison.
