Sheryl Theo – Vice President, Relocation

Sheryl joined First Weber in 1989 and is our Vice President, Relocation. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and previously spent 18 years in retail management. Sheryl specializes in assisting international transferees. She completed the RELO Gold Corporate Business Development Certification Program in 1999 and is also a member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and the Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council (WERC). Sheryl currently serves on the Board of Directors for both the Tenney-Lapham Housing Committee and the Madison Club, and she is a committee member of the "At Home In Madison" school program.

Nancy O'Donnell, CRP, RCC – Corporate Relocation Director

Nancy joined First Weber Group in 1999 and holds the position of Corporate Relocation Director with the firm. Nancy is a lifelong resident of Wisconsin and prior to joining First Weber, she spent more than eight years in sales and management in the Wisconsin Dells area.

Nancy holds a Business Administration Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. She earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 2008, which is the relocation industry's premier certification. She also holds the RELO Certified Coordinator designation and completed the RELO Gold Corporate Business Development Certification Program in 2001. She is a member of The Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and the Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council (WERC). Nancy currently serves on the St. Clare Foundation Board of Directors and is a member of Sauk Columbia Personnel Association. In addition, she is a graduate of Sauk County Institute of Leadership, served five years on the Central Wisconsin Community Action Council Board of Directors, and continues to serve on their fund raising committee. Nancy works from First Weber's Wisconsin Dells office.

Audra McGuire – Corporate Relocation Director

Audra joined First Weber Group in May 2005 and serves as a Corporate Relocation Director for the Madison Relocation Division. She works with candidates and transferees relocating to the area. A lifelong resident of Wisconsin, Audra has a marketing degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Her past experience includes real estate sales, retail sales management and marketing account management. Audra was also a key account manager for a large apparel manufacturing company where she assisted with design and marketing strategies. Her real estate and marketing background provide the background to successfully manage this area of business.

Martha Stephenson – Corporate Relocation Director

Martha joined First Weber in August 2006 and serves as a Corporate Relocation Director. She is responsible for corporate marketing and business development in the North Central Region. Martha is a great addition to the Relocation team, having previously been both Office Manager and Referral Relocation Director in a real estate company. Her other work experience includes more than 20 years of progressive management experience in the profit and non-profit sectors, with expertise in all aspect of business management and planning. Martha is currently nearing completion of a degree in management from Cardinal Stritch University. She works from First Weber's Rib Mountain Office in Wausau.

Debra Imhoff – Inbound/Outbound Referral Coordinator

Debra joined First Weber in September 2006 and serves as the Inbound Referral Coordinator. She processes all incoming referrals from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™ network brokers and relocation management companies. Debra is responsible for the South Central and North Central market regions. Most recently Debra was the coordinator for First Weber's print shop where she worked on the design and layout of marketing materials. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing/Management from Edgewood College, Madison, WI, Debra completed an internship with a title company and worked in banking.

Amanda Stueber – Property Coordinator

Amanda joined First Weber Group in August 2005 as the property coordinator for the Madison Relocation Division. She manages foreclosure and corporate-owned properties. Amanda is a lifelong Wisconsin resident and earned an Associate Degree in Real Estate from Madison Area Technical College. She also holds a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker license. Prior to joining First Weber, Amanda spent four years as a residential property manager. Her knowledge and experience in both real estate and property management provide the background needed to successfully manage this area of relocation business.

Ruth Ann is Vice President and Co-Owner of First Weber Group, Inc. REALTORS®, with over 32 years of real estate experience with the firm. As a life-time resident of the Madison area, Ruth Ann is extremely knowledgeable of the Madison and Dane County real estate market. Specialization includes local corporate relocation business and transferees, and working with buyers and sellers in the Madison and the surrounding communities. Kathi joined First Weber Group in 2002 as the Concierge Desk Manager.She has over 16 years of marketing and customer service experience, working closely with national and local vendors and manufacturers soliciting advertisements and securing promotions for a Madison area business. As the Concierge Desk Manager, she works with First Weber Customers to guide them and provide them with the competent and reputable products and services in their area. Liz Mottet – Vice President, Relocation

Liz has served in this position for First Weber since 1983. Prior to that promotion she had over 7 years of real estate sales experience; specializing in transferee assistance and corporate relocation, consistently recognized as a company top producer and sales award winner. Previously, Liz spent many years being transferred with her family as a corporate "trailing-spouse" and based on those experiences is dedicated to the committed delivery of professional and empathetic relocation assistance. Liz developed, and instructs, a locally certified, advanced skill-training course for realty sales associates that awards the designation of "Relocation Specialist" upon completion and she has also been certified to train to nationally driven relocation programs and practices.

Tonya Krebs, CRP – Corporate Relocation Director

Tonya Krebs joined First Weber Group in 2005 and serves as Corporate Relocation Director. She is responsible for business development and servicing corporate accounts, working with employers, candidates and transferees relocating to Southeastern, WI. Prior to joining First Weber’s Relocation Division, she was Relocation Director for a Coldwell Banker firm in Northwest Arkansas and managed relocation for Kohl’s Department Stores in Menomonee Falls, WI. She brings over ten years of relocation experience to the position. She is a member of the national Employee Relocation Council (ERC) where she earned the highest designation in the Relocation Industry, Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 2001. She is a current member and served as a past board member of the Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council (WERC). She has spent the majority of her life as a resident of Wisconsin. Her own experience as a transferee, her corporate background and service industry experience provides her clients with a dedication to relocation services.

Jeff Zarder – REO & Inventory Property Manager

Jeff became a member of the First Weber Milwaukee Relocation Division in spring 2005 and serves as inventory manager for REO/foreclosure properties and third-party inventory homes. He has been with the First Weber Group since 1996, initially working successfully as a real estate sales associate and most recently, as a general sales manager. Jeff's experience, interest and expertise in the management and marketing of specialized properties leads to his present position with Relocation Services as the property coordinator and development manager in the Milwaukee area.

Lynn Craig – Referral Coordinator

Lynn Craig joined the Milwaukee Relocation Division in August 2005. She coordinates and manages all incoming and outgoing referrals for First Weber Group – Southeastern Wisconsin. Lynn previously worked as a First Weber sales associate and has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing, and technical support. She has a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin in Business Administration and Journalism. Lynn brings to the referral coordinator position an enthusiastic combination of real estate knowledge and experience, client counseling abilities, organizational skills and expertise needed to expedite the efficient processing and placement of referrals.
